What counts as a host?
A host is one server or machine you monitor with the agent. Your plan includes a number of hosts; some plans let you add more at a fixed per-host rate.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. When it ends, you choose a plan to continue — nothing is charged automatically before you do.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down, at any time — ask us and it takes effect right away.
Is pricing usage-based?
No. You pay a predictable flat price per plan based on your number of hosts — no metered events, no surprise overages.
How do I cancel?
Cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Your data is permanently deleted on request.
