A host is one server or machine you monitor with the agent. Your plan includes a number of hosts; some plans let you add more at a fixed per-host rate.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. When it ends, you choose a plan to continue — nothing is charged automatically before you do.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down at any time; changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
Is pricing usage-based?
