For agencies & MSPs

Every client’s servers. Each one’s list of what needs you.

You host sites for dozens of clients across a handful of servers — or hundreds. Demerzel keeps each client separate, tells you each morning where to look first, and gives you something to show for the work.

Built for many clients

Separate by default, together when you need it.

One organization per client

Each client’s servers, members, notifications and history live in their own organization. You belong to all of them and switch in a click; they see only theirs.

Roles that match reality

Owner, admin and read-only, enforced server-side. Invite the client’s CTO as read-only, your on-call engineer as admin.

Show the work

Share a server’s health as a public page, an embeddable badge or an image card. Revoke the link whenever you like.

Quiet where it should be

Silence a server under maintenance, or set how long each one may go quiet before anyone is notified. One alert per situation, not per check.

Groups, names and notes

Name servers the way your clients do, group them by project, and leave notes for the next engineer on rotation.

An audit trail

Who enrolled, renamed, shared, silenced or unbanned what, and when — for your own peace of mind and your client’s questions.

Shared servers, shared risk

One scanner can take down every site on the box.

Agency servers host many sites, and scanners sweep them all at once — that is exactly the incident Active Defense was built from: 26 sites, one address, load at 107.

  • spread-vhosts bans an address that hits more than 8 of a server’s sites in 10 minutes.
  • S2-cms-probe knows which sites run WordPress, and bans those probing for it where it isn’t.
  • Every block is explained in the address’s dossier — useful when a client asks why their partner got cut off.
How Active Defense works

Per client, per server

  • Health Score and Actions
  • Certificates and domains, by soonest expiry
  • Vulnerable packages and pending updates
  • Security checklist, sixteen checks
  • Incidents and IP dossiers
  • Metrics, services, reachability

FAQ

Agency questions

Can my clients log in?

Yes. Invite them to their organization with the role you choose. Read-only members see the dashboard and evidence but change nothing.

Do I need one account per client?

No. One account belongs to as many organizations as you need. Enrollment tokens are per organization, so each server lands in the right one.

Which plan do agencies use?

Any plan: organizations are not limited by plan, so pick the one that matches your number of hosts. Talk to us if your fleet is bigger than 200.
